Trailer Madagascar 3 - Alex sang Singa (Ben Stiller), Marty si Zebra (Chris Rock), Gloria si Kuda Nil (Jada Pinkett Smith) dan Melman Jerapah (David Schwimmer) masih berjuang untuk pulang ke kota New York tercinta. Tentu saja Raja Julien (Sacha Baron Cohen), Maurice (Cedric the Entertainer) dan para pinguin ingin ikut serta dalam petualangan komedi ini. Perjalanan panjang pun ditempuh melalui Eropa, di mana akhirnya mereka bertemu dengan kelompok sirkus keliling yang memberi mereka kesempatan untuk kembali melakukan tarian-tarian dengan gaya khas Madagaskar.

Alex the Lion (Ben Stiller), Marty the Zebra (Chris Rock), Gloria the Hippo (Jada Pinkett Smith), and Melman the Giraffe (David Schwimmer) are still fighting to get home to their beloved Big Apple and of course, King Julien (Sacha Baron Cohen), Maurice (Cedric the Entertainer) and the Penguins are all along for the comedic adventure. Their journey takes them through Europe where they find the perfect cover: a traveling circus, which they reinvent - Madagascar style.
